The CMA Standards Council has just approved International China Concern (Australia) Ltd as its latest accredited Partner. ICC Australia is the Australian arm of ICC International, which is headquartered in the UK and has other offices in several countries. ICC was founded in 1993, and partners with the Chinese government to develop social welfare services for China’s most vulnerable children. Steve Kerr, the Executive Director of the CMA Standards Council, welcomed ICC Australia as a new Partner, saying “ICC Australia has a great mission in China, and we are proud that it has joined the swelling list of our Partners. Accreditation as a Partner is a public, third party affirmation that ICC Australia takes good governance, transparency and accountability seriously, showing its integrity and enhancing its trustworthiness. I’m looking forward to presenting ICC Australia with its Certificate at the forthcoming CMA Conference in Melbourne on 7 and 8 June 2022.”
